One Introduction UVZ 803 Varnish can be roller coated in a different paper, with high adhesion, high gloss, no yellowing, abrasion resistance, fast drying characteristics.(Good adhesion on difficult substrate adhesion.) Construction Technology: roller coating, and then to UV curing. 2. Adjusting gloss oil viscosity according to oiling condition (control tank temperature to be 30°c or so), but not more than 70°c printing. 3. According to the demand of paper brightness, adjust the Varnish, generally 4-6g/m2. 4. Oiling excessive or uneven coating will reduce the brightness. 5. Oiling after the must be completely UV curing, there would be no wear and scratches phenomenon. 6. The company is equipped with a dedicated cleaning agent cleaning coating roller. 7.
